Hosted on the last Sunday of every month, KW Food Swap is Waterloo Region's only food swap!  A food swap is a fun and easy way to trade goods you make with others, the only requirement is that your goods be either homemade-by-you, homegrown-by-you or foraged-by-you.  Bring your goodies, bring a smile and get ready to enjoy new foods and new friends.
